Cumin
2 Garlic Cloves

Salt
Remove skins from tomatillos and slice jalapeño in half. Place on sheet tray

Broil tomatillos and jalapeño for 10 minutes

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly

Add roasted tomatillos and jalapeño to blender

Add roasted jalapeño

Add cilantro, onion and garlic

Add lime juice and spices

Put top on and blend

Pour into serving bowl
