Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Add 1/3 cup Tahini, 1/2 tsp.salt & 1/2 tsp.pepper to a blender.

Add 2 tbsp.olive oil, 2 cloves garlic & 3 Tbsp. lemon juice.

Add 4 Tbsp. ice water. Blend.

Add 1 can drained and rinsed chick peas.

2 tbsp.roasted red pepper puree. Blend for 4 min.

Check consistency, thin with ice water if needed.

Drizzle a swirl of extra virgin olive oil. Add a few pine nuts.

Sprinkle w/ some Paprika (smokey or sweet)

Great as a dip or spread with Fresh pitas.
