Prepare your ingredients before you begin.

Toss Brussels sprouts, butternut squash, & shallots with olive oil in a medium bowl.

Spread onto a baking sheet and season with salt, pepper & cinnamon.

Roast for about 30 minutes, tossing halfway, or until veggies just start to caramelize.

Add walnuts & maple syrup to skillet on med-high. Cook 2-4 min, stirring often, until coated. Cool.

Mix veggies with dried cranberries. Add walnuts & goat cheese. Full recipe is linked below.
