Roasted Cauliflower Chickpea Medley

Mix salt, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and onion powder. (See below for exact measurements)

Add in water, lime juice, and olive oil. Whisk!

Add chickpeas and cauliflower. Stir to cover all pieces with seasoning!

Spread out evenly on a baking sheet. Pop in oven for 30 mins at 400 degrees!

Store in a glass container and enjoy as a bowl, tacos or salad!
