Preheat oven to 425F. Peel the carrots and slice on the diagonal. Chop the zuchini. Peel the garlic

Tranfer the sliced carrots to a baking sheet with olive oil, salt and pepper about 14 to 16 min

Cook the zuchinni tossing occasionally, until tender about 3 to 5 min

Deain and rise the canellini

Add the beans canellini on the food processor

2 tbsp lemon juice

Add the carrots

Add 4 tbsp of tahini

Add 1 small garlic

Pulse to combine

Put the flat bread on the toast or in the oven- sbout 5-7 min

Cut the pitta bread into triangles
