Onion And Garlic

1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Lemon Zest
1/2 TBS (1/2 colher de sopa) Oregano
1/2 Tsp Dried Rosemary

Almonds
Start with onion and tbsp of olive oil

Add ground beef and one bay leaf

Add Salt , black pepper and cinnamon

Add the soaked rice

Add 1/4 cup of worm water and cover it

Fry some almonds with olive oil and add it to the rice

Mix is ready , rice half cooked

Brush mix: butter,garlic, oregano, Rosemary,olive oil,lemon zest,salt and black pepper

Stuff the chicken from both sides

Apply the mix and brush the chicken

Close the bottom as it shows or with toothpicks

To oven start 350f/180c for 30 minutes then low it to 300f/160c for 1 1/2 h or until chicken ready
