Finely Chopped Garlic
Diced Butter

Bacon
1/2 onion
Chopped Onions
Garden Peas
1 tbsp
Vegetable oil
A pinch
Salt
On the boil
Stock Cube
Fry bacon in oil

Add onion and garlic

Add risotto rice

Add the stock bit by bit and keep stirring

Add peas and keep stirring

Add diced butter when is almost ready

Sprinkle cheese over it
