What you’ll need
Foam Piece
1 pair of scissors
Clean Sponge Or Paper Towel
1 Pen, Any Kind
Thicker White Paper
Crayola Washable Markers
Spray Bottle with Water
Cut a small rectangle or square out of a larger piece of foam. Styrofoam plates or boxes work great!

Use a pen to create a pattern or design on the foam plate. Practice your drawing on paper first!

Trace over the design at least twice in pen to make very clear lines.

Using washable markers, begin to color in your design.

Spray a small amount of water on a plain sheet of paper. Thicker drawing paper works best.

Use a sponge or paper towel to soak up any puddles and spread the water around the sheet of paper.

Place the damp paper on top of the foam, water-side down. Press down and rub the paper. Press hard!

Lift the paper to reveal the print!

To make more than one print with the same foam plate, recolor the plate and repeat steps 6 thru 9.
