What you’ll need
1 T + 1 t
Espresso Or Strong CoffeeBuy
In place of homemade
Cocoa powder Unsweetened
Make Raspberry syrup Heat Berries, 2 T sugar, and water over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Pour into a sieve.
Push through liquid and discard seeds and solids.
Store in a jar in the fridge for up to a week.
Make espresso or strong coffee. I use a Vietnamese coffee maker
Add 2-4 oz espresso to mug with 2 tsp cocoa powder
Add 2 tsp raspberry syrup. You can also use Torani style syrup.
Add 1 tsp sugar
Stir in steamed milk
Top with whipped cream and raspberry syrup
Enjoy! And remember; homemade drinks don’t have to be an exact science.
