What you’ll need

Frozen Cauliflower Rice
2 ounces
Light cream Cheese
2 cups
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 cups
Whole Wheat Macaroni
1 3/4 cup
Water
1 lb
Rainbow Trout Filets
1/2 Tbsp
Butter
1/2 tsp each, more to taste
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder
Lay rainbow trout filets on parchment paper and season with salt and pepper.

Place in 400 degree oven and bake for 12 minutes, until flaky.

Add macaroni, riced cauliflower, water, butter, salt to instant pot.

Set IP to manual, high pressure for 4 minutes!

Remove trout from oven and shred with forks. Set aside.

Add cream cheese and shredded cheese. Mix well.

Add in flaked rainbow trout and mix gently.

Serve up hot!!
