How toQuinoa Crab Salad

Cook a cup of quinoa (1 cup quinoa to 2 cups water) add about a TBspn of olive oil & 1/4 Tsp salt

Sauté your shrimp. I seasoned them with salt, cayenne and Italian seasoning

Dice half to a whole cucumber

Finely chop about 1-2 TBspns fresh dill

Dice half a round tomato

Dice your bell peppers

Cut up your crab into smaller pieces

Dressing: 1.5 lemons, 1 TBspn honey mustard, 1TBspn Italian seasoning, 4 Tablespoons olive oil, salt

Taste & add additional seasoning to your taste. I added cayenne & more salt.
