Add olive oil and butter,add your garlic,rosemary and sage until they start smiling

Add your thin slices when your oils are hot

After 2 or 3 minutes flip them, it doesn’t take too much time because it is thin

And ready, sit them on a side and let them rest for 10 minutes, remove the burnt herbs

Add butter and olive oil then add the mushrooms let them get a perfect color

Salt and black pepper, then add 1/2 cup of water, and 1/2 tsp of corn starch to have a thick sauce

Add Salt and black pepper to the beef slices and enjoy it, served with mashed potatoes
