How toQuick Curry Chicken.

What you’ll need
I used 6 drum sticks, each cut in half.
Chicken
3 tps
Cumin
2 tsps
Tarragon Dried
1/4 cup finely diced
Cilantro
3 tsps
Black Pepper
3 tbsps
Curry Powder (madras)

Potatoes
4 cloves
Garlic
2 tsps
Dried Sweet Basil
1 cup finely diced
Scallions
3 - 4 cups
Water
1 tsp
Cardamon

Yellow Onion
3 tsp
Garam Masala
3 tsps
Dried Thyme
2 tsps
Fennel Ground
2 tbsps
Vinegar
Add seasoned chicken

Let chicken brown on both sides

Add onion,garlic, red pepper flakes & 1 tsp blck pepper.

Add potatoes

Make room in pot and add 1 tsp curry, 1 tsp cumin and garam masala. Stir it.

Add water just below the meat, let come to a boil, add remaining spices & cover pot on medium.

Add scallion & cilantro. Taste & you’re ready to serve.

Serve with rice & fresh salad.
