Cut pork tenderloin into strips.
Heat the oil in the Quick Cooker for 3 minutes on the Sear setting.
Add the pork to the Quick Cooker.
Sear for 3 minutes.
Cut the pepper and onion using the simple slicer.
Add the onion, pepper and lime juice.
Add fresh garlic with the garlic press.
Lock the kid, set to Beef/Pork setting and customize the time to 8 minutes! (Yep, just 8 minutes!)
Release the pressure.
Scoop out with the Scoop N’ Drain and shred using the Salad Choppers.
Grate the cheese to add as a topping!
Using the herb mill, top with fresh cilantro and ENJOY!
