5” Santoku Knife
Season both sides of the ribs with Smokey BBQ Rub.
Cut between the bones using the Santoku Knife to separate into four portions.
Add the Root Beer and Ribs to the Quick Cooker.
Lock the lid, select the Beef/Pork setting and press start.
Press the steam-release button once the timer is up.
Remove the ribs from the Quick Cooker.
Combine 1 cup of the juices and 1 cup of BBQ sauce to the Quick Cooker. Sear for 5 minutes.
Brush the ribs with the sauce and Enjoy!
