Chop some Brussels sprouts.

Stir together with some oil, salt, and pepper.

Chop and add some onions.

Sauté on the stove to your liking.

Add your rice to boiling water and cook to completion.

Heat up a potato.

Chop your potato and add to the vegetable medley.

When the rice is finished cooking, put it in a bowl.

Clean and chop some lettuce.

Add your lettuce to the rice bowl.

Add your sautéd veggies.

Chop some blue cheese for tasting.
