What you’ll need

Butter
1 tsp
Vanilla Extract
2 teaspoons
Cinnamon Powder
1/4 teaspoon
Ginger
1/2 cup
Swerve Brown Sugar Replacement

Large Egg
1/2 teaspoon
Nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon
Himalayan Salt
1/2 cup
100% Pure Pumpkin
3 cups
Blanched Almond Flour
1/2 teaspoon
Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon
Pumpkin Spice Extract
Cream softened butter and “brown” sugar add pumpkin purée, egg and vanilla beat until smooth

Add cinnamon ,nutmeg ,ginger, baking powder, salt and Almond flour ... mix well

Scoop little balls onto parchment paper and flatten with a small piece of parchment paper

Squish the cookies 😀

Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until golden brown but still soft

For cream cheese frosting...

Beat 8oz cream cheese 3 Tblsp butter , 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup swerve “confectioners” sugar

Once cooled put on frosting and sprinkle cinnamon and pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
