Resistance Band
Buy
Set-Up • Start with arms outside body. • Hang down. • Have a nice strong grip.

Going Up • Squeeze shoulder blades and breathe out. • Trust the band! The movement will be smoother.

Going Down • Once your chin goes over the bar, go down with arms fully extended.

• Start with a thick band & use a thinner one as you get better • Get someone to spot you if needed
