What you’ll need
1 1/2-2 lb
Chicken Thighs (Defrosted)
Salt & Pepper
Avocado Oil (or Olive)
Apple Cider Vinegar
Extra Non-Starchy Veg Of Choice (Chopped)
Set pressure cooker to sauté setting. Add oil. Add chicken. Add salt and pepper.
Prep Ingredients while chicken is cooking 3-5 minutes each side.
Add veggies on top of chicken. Add soy sauce and vinegar over. Add bay leaf and pepper.
Change to pressure cook setting. Set to 12 minutes.
When done, let the steam slow release.
Serve alone with extra veggies, cauliflower rice, or grain rice.
