Scallions
Green Cutting Board
Food Label Printer
Retrieve scallions from the walk in refrigerator

Submerge scallions in Ecolab’s Victory vegetable wash for at least 30 seconds

Shake out scallions to dry

Hold scallions in a tight bunch and cut 1/4 “ slices at a slight angle

Create label and place on container, then finish adding cut scallions to container
