What you’ll need
1 Cup Mushrooms
1 Tsp Of Sea salt
Fresh Minced Garlic

Yellow Bell Pepper
Ground Black Pepper
Tear off the outer leaves of the Savoy cabbage. Cook in large pan of boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
In a pan heat some oil. Meanwhile, pat dry the cabbage leaves and set aside.
Add onions and garlic in the pan and cook till fragrant.
Add RoniB’s Kitchen Black Bean Chilli Paste
Stir until onions are well coated and fragrant. About 2 minutes.
Add minced pork, breaking it up and making sure it is coated. Cook until no longer pink.
Add shredded savoy cabbage and bell pepper. Stir.
Add the chopped mushrooms. Stir. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside and cool down.
Heat a deep pan and add the chopped tomatoes.
Add chicken cube. Stir.
Add red wine. Season with salt and pepper.
Turn oven on to 180C. Line a baking dish with foil. Pour tomato sauce mixture. Set aside.
Next trim the softened leaves by taking out the middle hard part.
Fill the leaf with your pork mixture and wrap. Place parcel in the baking pan with tomato sauce.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve with rice or crusty bread.
