Ground Black Pepper
1 Can Coconut Milk
Heat oil in a deep pan. Add onions and garlic chilli oil.
Stir until fragrant.
Add the tomatoes. Stir. Cook until soft
Add shrimp paste.
Add cut pork belly and coconut milk. Stir.
Cover. Cook for about 45 minutes.
Uncover and cook for a further 10 minutes on high heat to reduce the sauce.
Serve with rice.
