Crack the egg over a strainer and swirl to get rid of the loose egg white.

Add 2 tbl of vinegar to hot but not boiling water. Create a vortex and gently put egg in the middle

Let it cook for 3 minutes for a runny egg

Remove from water, test with finger for doneness

Plate and serve! Enjoy your perfectly poached egg!
