What you’ll need
1 - zest and juice
Large Orange
125g
Unsalted butter
2 tsp
Cinnamon (ground)
100g + extra to sprinkle
Light Brown Soft Sugar

Plain Flour
50g
Flaked Almonds
50g
Caster sugar

Rolled Oats

Plums
Remove the stone and slice the plums

Place the sliced fruit in a lightly greased Pyrex dish (baking dish)

In a large bowl add the flour and butter and rub together until sit resembles bread crumbs/ sand

To the flour mix add the oats, 50g caster sugar, 50g brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon and mix

Add 1 tbsp of cold water and mix. It should create lumps. Freeze the mixture for 10 minutes

Juice half of the orange and pour over the plums

Mix remaining brown sugar, orange zest and 1 tsp of cinnamon and sprinkle over the plums

Pour the topping over the plums and top with flaked almonds and a little brown sugar

Cover with foil and bake for 30mins at 200C. Remove foil after 20mins. Serve with custard
