With your plan ready, remove the plants & cover each drainage hole with a stone or broken pottery.

Build up a base layer of top quality potting mix along the base of the window box - a few inches.

Remove your plants from their plastic pots and place them according to your plan.

Once you’ve placed everything, fill any open areas with potting mix. Lightly pack it down.
