Pesto & Lemon Grilled Chicken

Pesto: To a food processor add 2 cups fresh basil. Give it a quick pulse.

Add 2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 C Parmesan, S&P to taste. Add 1/2 C olive oil.

Marinade: In zip lock bag add 3 T pesto. Then...

1 t Italian seasoning, 1/2 t red pepper flakes, 1 t garlic, 1 lemon juice & zested, 1/2 C olive oil

Also salt & pepper to taste. Combine thoroughly. Reserve 3 T for later.

Add chicken and marinate at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Grill and plate. Use reserved marinade to drizzle on top after plating.
