Stir together flour and sugar. Add milk, oil, vanilla and eggs and stir to combine.
Spoon batter into ramekins and bake for 20 minutes or until set.
Remove from oven and pour egg mixture overtop. Return to oven for about 15 minutes until golden.
Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
