Peanut Butter Muffins with Jelly Filling

Prepare your ingredients before you begin. Preheat oven to 375F. Line muffin pan with paper liners.

Combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, milk, and eggs until blended.

Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet and stir until well combined.

Fill each well 2/3rds of the way full with batter. Add 1/2 teaspoon of jelly to each.

Cover the jelly with batter. Top with oats, if desired. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
