Peach Cinnamon Rolls

In a large bowl mix 2&3/4 cup flour, 1/3 cup coconut sugar, one active yeast packet & tsp salt.

In saucepan heat together 3 tbsp butter, 1/2 cup milk & 1/4 cup until mixture reaches 100 degrees

Add one egg to your flour mixture and pour your wet ingredients into your dry.

Using a paddle or spoon, stir all ingredients to combine into a soft dough.

Take your dough out on a lightly floured surface and knead for a few minutes.

Let dough sit covered for 10 minutes. Add 5 chopped peaches to pan &!bring to a boil. 20 min on low

Meanwhile roll out your dough into a large rectangle. Spread melted butter, cinnamon& sugar all over

Let your peaches cool and add a very thin layer of the compote all over. Roll your dough!

Roll your dough very tightly into a log. Cut about 10 pieces and place in greased pan.

Cover and chill overnight. The next morning let rise for one hour @ room temp. Bake at 375-25 min

Frosting: mix 4 tbsp cream cheese, 3 tbsp confection sugar, 3 tbsp butter & almond extract. Add milk

Frost and add some remaining peach compote!
