What you’ll need
Salmon Steaks
You can also use store bough mango salsa. I recommend Newman’s.
Mango/Pineapple Chutney
Powdered Seasoning
Olive oil
Unsalted Butter
Add oil & butter to pan. Sauté until combo is nicely golden.

Add salmon to hot skillet & sear on both sides (I added a creole blackened seasoning to oil) 😜

Remove seared salmon. Add garlic & chutney to pan & heat. (U can use mango salsa too)

Spoon chutney over salmon & serve with yellow rice (or whatever) choice of veggie blend. ENJOY
