Prepare your ingredients before you begin.

Lightly whisk the egg in a bowl.

Stir together almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Dip each fillet into the egg, letting the excess drip off.

Transfer the fillet to the almond flour mixture and turn until well coated on both sides.

Transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining pieces of cod.

Add 1/2 inch oil to a skillet on medium high heat. Once hot, add the cod fillets.

Cook 2-4 minutes or until golden brown. Carefully flip the fillets.

Cook additional 2-4 minutes or until cooked through & flaky. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.

Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Enjoy!
