Preheat oven to 350. Add nuts to a food processor and pulse to rough chop.

Add flax seed, shredded coconut, coconut sugar, cinnamon, honey, and coconut oil to the chopped nut.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Add the nut mixture.

Firmly press the granola into the pan in an even layer. Bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and completely cool - about one to two hour.

Slice into bars and enjoy!!
