1/3 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Fresh Raw Oysters In The Shell, Well Scrubbed
Cook your bacon until crispy. Move to paper towel. Add red onion into pan with bacon grease.

Start adding spinach to your pan. I used 3 bags- it wilts by a drastic amount!

Once spinach is cooked, add garlic and sautée until fragrant.

Add about 1/4 cup Greek yogurt cream cheese to pan. Add chopped bacon into pan and mix well.

Now here’s the fun... Add 2 tbsp heavy cream to pan. Add your Parmesan or cheese blend! Add S&P

Add a spoonful of goodness on top of your raw oyster. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
