Oven Roasted Baby Back Ribs

Preheat oven to 300F.

Pat ribs dry and cut rack in half.

Slice lightly down the undersides of the ribs.

Season both sides well with salt and pepper.

Place one half of the ribs on a sheet of aluminum foil. Brush both sides with sauce.

Fold the foil around the ribs to create a neatly wrapped packet. Repeat with the remaining ribs.

Bake on the middle rack of a 300F oven for 3 hours.

When ribs are almost done, reduce the remaining sauce on the stove, bringing it to a low boil.

Remove ribs from foil packets and brush both sides again with the sauce.

Broil on the top rack of your oven for 4 mins. Then rotate and broil another 4 mins.
