Mix all meat together.
Lightly brown meat with tallow in a skillet over medium heat.
Whisk 3 eggs in a medium mixing bowl.
Add browned meat to the eggs.
Season with salt. Stir to combine.
Transfer mixture to an oven safe cast-iron skillet or glass baking dish.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350* F (175* C) for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat, let cool 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
