Orange Chicken

What you’ll need
3 tablespoons
Whole Wheat Flour
3 tablespoons
Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
1/2 teaspoon
Garlic Powder
10 ounces
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1/4 cup
Orange juice
1/4 teaspoon
Ground Ginger
1/4 cup
5 Egg Whites
2 tablespoons
Scallions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray

In a wide bowl, combine 2 1/2 tbsp flour, 1/4 tsp garlic powder & 1/8 tsp ground ginger, mix well

Place chopped chicken in another bowl and coat with the egg whites

One at a time , shake the chicken pieces to remove the excess egg and coat with flour

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes . Flip chicken and bake additional 8 minutes

Meanwhile in a microwave safe bowl , combine orange juice with remaining 1/2 tbsp flour. Whisk with

a fork to dissolve. Add teriyaki, remaining 1/4 tsp garlic powder and remaining 1/8 tsp ground

ginger, mix well . Cover and microwave for 1-2 minutes or until hot and thicken.

Place chicken in a medium bowl , top with sauce and gently toss to coat. Top with scallions
