How toOrange Cauliflower

chop 1 head of cauliflower into bite sized florets

add to a bag with coconut aminos, rice vinegar & corn starch

seal and shake until evenly coated

add flour (I use gluten free flour), seal and shake to coat again

spread cauliflower on a parchment lined baking sheet
5
drizzle with olive oil and bake for 30 minutes (flipping half way through)

in a small bowl combine orange juice, coconut aminos, and rice vinegar
7
add brown sugar and hot chili paste and mix
8
add corn starch and mix well
9
in a frying pan heat olive oil, fresh minced garlic and ginger
10
add the orange sauce mixture to the pan and simmer to reduce by half
11
serve cauliflower on top of rice and drizzle with the orange sauce

serve with green onions & enjoy!
