Start in downdog
Lift the right leg, knee to nose first then lightly step forward.
Step left foot to meet right and fold
Rise all the way to stand as you inhale fold as you exhale
Step left leg back exhale, right foot meets left inhale, Lower half way exhale, lift heart inhale.
Down dog as you exhale and repeat. Do as many times as you like with the breath 🙌🏻
