You can make this recipe vegan by using vegan milk and butter or replace them with water and veg oil
slice the Mushrooms
Add them to a medium size pot on medium heat
Add seasoning and Spices (I add salt balck and red pepper turmeric and oregano)
stir and let the mushrooms release water (keep the heat mediumto low)
When the mushrooms are tender and slightly brown, add one table spoon butter.
then add one glass of water and one glass of milk
add the Pasta. break them if needed so they fit the pot. or you can use shaped spagetti.
then put the lead on and lower the heat, let the Pasta to cook for around 8 - 10 minutes
After a few minutes stir them so the spagetti won't stick. then let them cook
