What you’ll need
Plant Based Ground meat
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
Add your ground “meat” into a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, garlic & onion powder. Mix.
Shape the meat into balls. Using your hand press firmly to ensure a THIN patty.
Meanwhile add some garlic & herb butter to a pan and begin to fry your onions until caramelized.
Add your patties into your hot skillet. Cook about 1.5 - 2 min per side until cooked through.
When almost fully cooked, top with your grilled onion, lay a slice of cheddar on top and cover.
Lastly! Add some butter to your pan and place brioche buns down to toast for 1 min.
Time to assemble! I added mayo, Dijon mustard, pickle, LT, !
