Add chicken carcasses to slow cooker on low. ( I used what was left from a rotisserie chicken!)

Add in your rogue veggies from the fridge! Carrots, celery, peppers, chives, garlic, pickles, etc!

Add your veggies in & add one tbsp of apple cider vinegar (with the mother!!) aids in digestion 👍🏼

Add salt, pepper & any fresh herbs! (bay leaf, chives, Rosemary, tarragon, etc) Cover with water.

Simmer for 6-7 hours in the crockpot. Every few hours, skim the chicken fat off the top.

Drain liquid through cheesecloth. Store in jars in fridge. Use in soups, sauces or for steaming!
