Whisk together pumpkin purée, eggs, maple syrup and vanilla

Add in almond flour, oat flour, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, baking soda & salt

Combine with a wooden spoon until no lumps remain

Fold in chocolate chips

Pour batter into a prepared loaf pan, smooth, top with chocolate chips and bake
