No Bake Biscoff Cheesecake!

Add one package of biscoff biscuits to your food processor with melted butter.

Pat the crumbs down till it makes a even base for the cheesecake! Put in the freezer for 10 mins.

With an electric mixer mix the cream cheese , icing sugar, vanilla and biscoff butter until smooth.

Add your heavy whipping cream and mix until it’s thick and holds itself.

Spread the mixture evenly over the biscuit base and put in the fridge for 5-6 hours or overnight.

Mix together heavy whipping cream and the melted biscoff butter and a dash of milk.

Add this layer to your cold cheesecake base and put in the fridge for an hour!

Decorate with Biscoff crumbs and biscuits.
