What you’ll need
Chopped Spinach
Thoroughly Cleaned Mini Snails ( Optional! Feel Free To Substitute)
Canola oil
Smoked Turkey ( Pre Boiled With Spices)
Onions, Fresh “kpanla” ( Fresh Whitening ) & “Iru” ( Fermented Locust Beans)
Your Favourite Spices ( Cray Fish, Bullion Cubes, Garlic Powder)
Roughly Blended Tomatoes, Pepper & Onions ( Per-boiled Until Thick)
Prep ahead for less than 20mins of cooking time ..... too hungry to spend hours in the kitchen! 😁

.... Had to keep stirring just so it ( boiled whitening fish ) doesn’t stick to the pot ! 🙄

Let this fry/cook for 2-3mins

Add your pre boiled snails. You can substitute with shrimp, dry fish , prawns etc!

After 2 minutes .... you add your tomato sauce ....

In with the spices!!

And then your meat(s) of choice.

Mix & let it simmer for 6 minutes on medium heat.

Lastly... in with the spinach !

Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.

All done !! Serve with some rice, yam , on its own or pretty much anything you like!!
