Make a triangle template that has two 6” sides and one 5” side.

Trace two triangles on a piece of poster board and cut.

Cut two long 2” strips of poster board.

Make fringe! Start with an arm’s length of crepe paper streamer.

Fold in half. Then again and again until you have a piece about 3-4” long. Cut in half lengthwise.

Cut fringe about 3/4 of the way up. Unfold after cutting.

Put tabs of masking tape on one triangle.

This part is the hardest! Tape the 2” strip to the triangle.

Glue orange fringe to the top of your pie. Layer from the tip to the “crust.”

Repeat this process for your gold or brown “crust” fringe. I trim the edges once dry.
