First sift the flour , to break up any lumps

Then add the yeast , sugar mix then the salt

Then slowly add the warm water

Keep kneading for at least 5 minutes

Until having a soft nonstick dough , add olive oil and shape it as a ball

Cover it and let it rest for an hour

After an hour , so satisfying

I will use whole wheat flour and start cutting the dough in a small balls (3 smalls = one big )

Continue the rest of the dough , then cover it , and grab one by one to flatten

In a big flat pan add a cloth or nonstick sheet and start placing the bread

Keep placing your bread with a space between each one and sheet between each layer

Even paper towel works, then cover it and let it set for 30 minutes

After 30minutes it should look like this , thicker an full of air , be so gentle cause it’s too soft

Preheat a pan and place the bread , and preheat your oven at 500 ( boiler )

Once the bottom is darker color or nonstick move it to the oven

Give it a nice color on all sides by turning it a round and flipping it

Once it’s ready cover it so it doesn’t dry, when it’s cool store it in a bag and freeze it
