1 tbsp of oil then add the beef,add a water till covering the meat, cover it,until boiling

New pot,1tbsp of oil,onion,garlic,bayleaves,when meat boil remove the top and move it,then add water

Soak the rice and add 1 tbsp of turmeric, let it soak for 30 minutes

Let it cook for 2 to 3 hours,until fully cooked,then move it and filter the broth from onion

Let it boil then add the soup Starter,spice and turmeric,let it cook for 20 minutes

Rice time,oil,some of the rice,stir well,rest of the rice,and add 4 1/2 cups of water,salt,turmeric

Beef cooking,rice boiling so reduce the heat to low until totally dry

Mansaf looks perfectly ready,just fry the almond then garlic and parsley for the soup

Now it's ready , serve with a golden rice
