What you’ll need
240 ml leche
50 ml
Orange blossom water
850 gr
Bread flour
260 ml
Sugar

Eggs
Lemon Peel
Candied fruits
100 ml
Sunflower Oil
50 gr

Mix sugar, lemon and orange peel with warm milk and fresh yeas.

Add the orange blossom water, eggs, oil, and the bread flour and mix well.

Now we have to knead the dough till we create elasticity and the gluten membrane perfectly.

We need to leave the dough for 2 hours at a warm place.

We knead the dough and shape it like a inner circle

We just brush it with one egg or only plain milk.

We put candite fruits on top and sugar with orange blossom water and we bake it on 356 Fahrenheit.

Ready to fill with whipped cream!!!
