Making Chocolate Candy

Gather your chocolate and choice for the fillings

Have molds ready for melted chocolate, spray them so the candy releases. I did not sadly.

Slowly melt chocolate in a double broiler. I'm using ramekins in an electric skillet.

Fill molds with the first layer of chocolate, shake and tap on surface for evenness

Refrigerate or place in freezer until solid. Have fillings ready for the next steps!!

Fill with filling and cover with melted chocolate on the back!

Back in the refrigerator for about an hour depending on how big mold is

Pop candy out from the mold and enjoy all the hard work!
