Pastry Bag (or Plastic Ziplock)
Form a ball and freeze. Insert a toothpick, start at the bottom and work towards the top.
Using styrofoam If you don’t have a holder like mine is very helpful.
Let the cake pops freeze a bit before you stick in the cake. This just makes it easier. 😊
